Key rental terms
- The deposit is fully refundable when the equipment is returned complete and in good working condition, subject to final inspection.
- Damage, loss or missing items are deducted from the deposit; any shortfall is borne by the renter.
- Keep the equipment at the address given - no events, no lending, no selling, pawning or modifying it.
- Add-on games are subject to availability - requested via WhatsApp, no guarantee on specific titles.
- Late return is RM20 per day. Extensions are welcome at current rates - WhatsApp AKG Esports before the return date.
- Failure to return the equipment leads to a police report and civil action.
- IC and bill photos are kept only as rental security and deleted after return (PDPA 2010).
The full clauses (Term & Rent, Deposit, Delivery, Games, Rentee's Obligations, Late Return & Extension, Termination & Surrender, Personal Data, Acknowledgment) are printed in the agreement document.
